Much more than a hotel: an estate on the banks of the Haute-Meuse, hidden in nature. 32 rooms, without TV or telephone. There to muse, talk or read.

Restaurant “En Face de l’Île”: traditional cuisine in close cooperation with local producers. A story told from the land to the plate.

We have two rooms under the stars in the middle of nature on the Sorbiers’ estate.

 

Taste and participate in the processing of products grown on the premises: honey, vegetable garden, beers, herbal teas, herbs.

On Androssart Island, which is classified as a Natura 2000 site, you can admire exceptional fauna and flora.

Take advantage of the numerous walks on marked trails from Les Sorbiers.
